Productivity Form

We've hit a bit of a rough patch where people aren't staying caught up with their work so I'm adding an additional layer of accountability. At the end of each class, your "ticket out" will be the Productivity Form. It's super simple but allows you and I to see what you accomplished today as well as makes time for you to figure out exactly what still needs to be done before next class to stay caught up. This will be a standing assignment for every class until we are done with the Research Paper.
